Read President Buhari's Christmas message to Nigerians
Read the president's Christmas message below..
Let us also reach out in love and compassion to fellow Nigerians who are in distress at this period of our nation’s history.
I particularly urge you all to remember victims of terrorism and insurgency in the country, especially Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs).
The Federal Government will continue to collaborate with state governments and other stakeholders to ease the harsh conditions in IDP camps, while the ultimate objective remains to quickly put an end to insurgency and return the IDPs to their homes.
We must never again allow any group to hold the nation to ransom under whatever guise.
Let us also not allow current socio-economic and security challenges to dampen our expectations for a better Nigeria.
This administration has taken a number of measures to restore hope to our people. The 2016 Budget defines our commitment to giving Nigeria a new lease of life.
Our change slogan is not a campaign gimmick but a promise that must be kept. We are determined to bring about tangible changes in the lives of our people.
In this regard, efforts will be intensified to recover stolen funds, block revenue leakages and enthrone due process, transparency and accountability.
Public office is a public trust that must be held to the highest ethical standards.
I wish all Nigerians a Merry Christmas.
Please drive carefully.
MUHAMMADU BUHARI
I felicitate with all Nigerians, especially our Christian brothers and sisters, on the joyous occasion of this year’s Christmas. On this occasion of the commemoration of the birth of Jesus Christ, let us all rededicate ourselves to the virtues of peace, love, honesty, justice, equity, piety, humility and service to others which he taught. There can be no doubt that a greater manifestation of these virtues and ideals in our lives will immensely help us to become a more united, peaceful, secure and progressive nation.
Let us also reach out in love and compassion to fellow Nigerians who are in distress at this period of our nation’s history.

Lol...... 50 Cent sues Rick Ross...... Read Why....!!!
A few months ago, Rick Ross' baby mama won a $7 million judgement against 50 Cent after she sued him for releasing her sex tape. Looks like 50 has come up with a sneaky way to pay off the debt: By suing Rick Ross... lol. TMZ reports below...
50 cent is suing Rick Ross for jacking "In Da Club" and rapping over it to promote his new album. 50 just filed a lawsuit in Connecticut ... in the docs he says his classic banger appears on Ross' 'Renzel Remixes' without his permission, and he used it to drum up publicity for his next LP. 50 and Ross have a storied beef ... 50 was slapped with a $7 mil judgment for uploading a sex tape with Ross' baby mama in it. 50 seems to be retaliating with the lawsuit ... he wants Ross to pony up more than $2 mill for using his track. If 50 sets a precedent and people start suing over mixtape beats, a lot of rappers will get broke!

Cristiano Ronaldo saved my life, confesses best friend & footballer, Semedo
30 years old Sheffield Wednesday midfielder Jose Semedo admits his career and life would have been over by now if it weren't for superstar footballer Cristiano Ronaldo. The Real Madrid player and Semedo were once players at Sporting Lisbon's academy and he would have been booted out of the academy had Ronaldo not intervened. The club wanted to axe the midfielder at the time but Ronaldo told the club if they axed the player they would have to axe him too, leading the club to change their mind.
Speaking to The Times,Semedo said : "He said they could put an extra bed in his room and that we could share a cupboard for his clothes. He said that if I went, he would too. I owe everything I have to him. The place I am from in Setubal is not a good place for a young man. A lot of my friends from there were involved in crime. Some of them are dead now, or in jail. If I had gone back, maybe I would have stolen cars with them. He changed my life. My family, my children, my career: it is all because of him."

What do you guys think of Mark Zuckerberg donating 99% of his wealth to charity?
In a very long letter to his new born daughter yesterday, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and his wife Priscilla Chan pledged to donate 99% of his Facebook share currently worth about $45billion to the work of their charitable foundation in her honour. Mark wrote;
As you begin the next generation of the Chan Zuckerberg family, we also begin the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative to join people across the world to advance human potential and promote equality for all children in the next generation. Our initial areas of focus will be personalized learning, curing disease, connecting people and building strong communities. We will give 99% of our Facebook shares -- currently about $45 billion -- during our lives to advance this mission. We know this is a small contribution compared to all the resources and talents of those already working on these issues. But we want to do what we can, working alongside many others

Photo of the man who caused a scare at Lagos airport today
I've shared two eye-witness reports on this story, now I have a photo of the man after he was apprehended by airport security. The man appeared at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos this morning with a rock sack and approached a Medview plane that was taxiing. Fortunately, the captain of the plane noticed him and used high engine thrust to blow him away. See the burn marks on his body? He tried to escape but was caught by airport security who are now interrogating him. The airport was later shut down and vigorous search was conducted...
